Club member event entry Form - This is a word
document. Each club should adjust the relevant event, date, cost
and return address then forward with your event flyer.
Distribute the event entry form with your event flyer to
encourage clubs and club members to pre-nominate, pre weigh and pay
for their entry. This will allow organisers of events to
better plan various aspects of the event. We thank all clubs for
supporting the hosting clubs.
